Thank you for being curious about science! Follow the instructions below to begin. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes. Your answers are anonymous but will help us improve science education at all grade levels.
Instructions
Step 1. Generate a random ID using the ID Generator box to the right. Enter the ID in the “Random ID” question of the survey. No sign-in or name is required!
Step 2. Answer the basic demographic questions.
Step 3: Look at each phenomenon and tell us which ones most interest you by rating them based on your curiosity. Giving a phenomenon a score of one means you are uninterested. Giving it a score of five shows us you are very interested.
